Desperate Need of Prayer !!!

Ok not even sure that this is the place for this if not someone let me know but I need all my brothers and sisters prayers right now for a friend of mines son . Malik Dickens is 13 which is the same age as my oldest Alexis , which we always thought was pretty cool for us to be the same age and now we have kids the same age . Anyways I got news this morning they rushed him in to childerns hospital in LR arkansas for emergency brain surgery . I am not sure as to what exactly is going on but its pretty serious!!!! We need all the prayers we can get for him ! Will up date when I know more !!!

I am sure Christie will be around to give a better update, but here is what I know. He made it out of surgery, and has talked a little to his mom, but the next 48 hours are going to be crucial.

Father we know you love children even more than we do. Your love is pure. You are the God who heals us from every disease. You sent Your Word to heal us. You are Jehoveh Rapha, the Lord our Healer. We ask You Lord to heal Malik completely. God you know him inside and out. You said if we agreed here on Earth, You'd agree in heaven. We agree for his complete healing right now for Your glory. Thank You Jesus. amen.

I did get more information , He was at school last week when he was sent to the office he kept telling them he couldn't open his eyes . Of course his mom thought he was playing around . the next day he still said he couldn't open his eyes so she took him to a doctor who then sent him to a specialist . They found that he had fluid and inflamed vessels in his brain . I do know he made it out of surgery and of course with any brain surgery there is risk even afterward . I am currently trying to find out how he is doing today . I havent heard just yet .
