prayer again for my dad please

My dads stomach cancer is back. It wasnt in remission for very long. And its spread to his lymph nodes. My mom said the bump in his neck has been getting bigger and worse fast. He starts chemo once again on the 24th. They had talked about doing radiation as well, but for now they won't be doing that. Depending on how things go they might try something else too, my mom couldn't remember what it was called.
I wish they lived closer so we could see them more. Tasha is going to go over Monday and visit them for a few days and help her grandparents around the house.
Also prayer for my mom having to go through this with my dad. She already lost one husband, my real dad when i was young, so I know this isn't easy. she has been very stressed with that and dealing with my brother so some prayer for some peace and comfort would be greatly appriciated.

Joan has had three chemo treatments so far with three more to go. The Oncologist is amazed at the results and how fast the visual indicators are improving. We went to see her surgeon last week and he said it was just short of being a miracle. He is still talking about surgery sometime after the last chemo. I am not sure when they are going to do another scan of her liver to see how it is doing. The big problem she is haveing now is psycological. She is having times of depression and get's upset easley. Joan has been going to work from two to four hours a day and that has been a big help, just being around other people. Thanks for your prayers.

Thank you all very much. I am really starting to get worried the more I talk to my mom. My dad is just getting worse. I hope the chemo can do the trick again.

Sorry about this. I don't know how in the heck this happened. This post wound up in the wrong place. I guess I screwed up. I was going to correct it but couldn't find it.

Monica I know this is a hard thing your family is going through. I will be praying for you and your family.

I just talked to my mom. The tumor in his neck has been growing so fast they want to start chemo tomorrow and not wait til Wednesday. He was having some twitching that the doctor noticed and he thinks its seizures. He was epileptic as a child and pretty much outgrew it. They are going to be doing more tests. My mom said she noticed the twitching when he gets really tired. My mom is really upset going through this. My daughter drove over there today to help out in any way she can. Now I am getting anxious to see what all the tests results turn up.
