Prayer request
Hey everyone. I need some prayers for my sister-in-law, Mary-Del in Washington state. She has been on many medications for a while now and we think she was taking too much and not taking very good care of herself (all of the drugs were making her mind not work right). She is now in the hospital with one of her kidneys failing and her gall bladder is obstructed (due to dehydration). They don't think she needs surgery at this time and they have her on IV fluids and she is going to start dialysis soon. Juanita and the baby are on the way there to be with her as well as another sister of theirs. Thanks in advance and I'll keep you posted on how she is doing.

Re: Prayer request
Thanks, Juanita and John are traveling "stand-by" and have been bumped a few times already. I hope they will make it on the next flight.

Re: Prayer request
Prayer here Joe!
Sounds sort of like my father-n-law. His former doc had him on 8 different drugs, one of them that made him halucinate. We had to "run" him through
a treatment to get him straighten out.

Re: Prayer request
Juanita gave me an update today. Mary-Del is out of the hospital and is doing much better. Her kidney failure and gall bladder blockage were both caused by her severe dehydration. After many bags of fluid and a round of dialysis, everything is back to normal. The doctors have taken her off of more than half of the eleven different medications they had her on. Some of this entire issue was caused be her and her husband's ignorance to just how serious her condition could get if she didn't take good care of herself. Hopefully this will be the last crisis, we will see. Thank you for all the prayers and good thoughts.

Re: Prayer request
thats good news joe , thanks for the update , that stuff happens everyday , i no my drug store sometimes warns me about a new drug the doc may give me , and when i take it to the drug store , they will warn me to be careful , cause of some other med i take can cause a problem if u don;t pay attention , we have a nation of pill doctors out there
