Got to go to a deposition today dealing with my daughters accident last July. The lawyers are trying to find out what my assetts are and how much they can take. All because my name was on the car title. I would suggest everyone review your auto insurance coverage.

Prayers for you my brother. Just keep cool and don't let the bloodsuckers rattle you. Remember, it''s their job to piss you off so you'll talk in anger and not intelligence.

Prayin for you Trip. Hopefully you have a good insurance company protecting your .................assets. If my kids mess up, I'm going to check into LLC papers. Limited Liability Clause will only allow someone to sue for the value of certain areas of property. Lawyers love churches. One guy was helping a large church build a drama set. Accidently, he cut his own fingers off with a circular saw. Lawyers heard about it and 'helped' him get millions per digit.

We actually had four lawyers on our side yesterday. The lawyer on the other side said they were not interested an my assets, only as a last resort. They wanted what ever they could get out of the insurance companies. I'm not off the hook yet but I have a better understanding of where I stand.
