Hey all....jus checkin in. The past few months at work have been insane. We have purchased another Digital offset press and the new regime at my company has really been pushing sales. Biz has really picked up for me. We expect to do about 5 million in sales next year. I have been promoted to Foreman of the digital pressroom and also will be in charge of scheduling., I have all ready trained 1 other pressman and am now training the second one. We plan on bringing in 2 more at least, for a total of 4 guys. Two months ago it was just me. We are pushing out about 20 orders a day with the expectation of 50 a day next year. We just finished an order for 6300 pieces so we just made about 10,000 bucks on one order. I will be going to Boston soon for 2 weeks of technician training. We want to do our own repairs and preventive maintenance. Then I have to go to Ohio for 2 weeks to train the crew there. Been pulling 12 hour days for the last month. I'm not complaining tho. I'm grateful that what I do for a living keeps me workin steady.

Sounds like you have been really busy. Have you had any time to ride?

I just met the new Prez today......He is going to invest 1 million bucks into our facility!! I'm getting a Brand new,state of the art digital press by the first of the year to replace the one we bought about 5 years ago!!! Thats 2 new presses within 6 months. New projection is 7 million in sales for next year. I am super blessed to be with this company at this time the way the economy is. I love to be challenged so this is really exciting for me. If you dont hear from me for long stretches its because I'm at the shop..... Hopefully things get squared away by spring cause I have about 2 weeks of vacation I didnt get to use this yr and 4 weeks next yr. I dont see me being able to take 6 weeks of vacation!!! the good news is I get to carry over.......bad news is I would rather use it!!!

do you ride your bike to work or is it getting cold down where you live , sounds like your company is growing ,
