So ... is anyone

making any resolutions? I usually don't. Last year I did commit to stopping smoking and as of yesterday I made 1 year. I think this year I am going to cut out junk food and lose some weight. I only put on 7 pounds ... but I can feel it. I also hope to spend less time on-line.

Anyone else??

I usually don't either. I would like to lose some weight and get into better shape but I'll end up gaining and getting more round. That is a better shape right?

I hope that you spend less time on-line as well. Just kidding my friend.

I am resolving to spend more time moving and less time sitting on my arse. There is a Planet Fitness just opened up a mile from my house and I am resolving to driving by it once a week. Seriously, though, I'm gonna join and get there at least twice a week.

I need to lose about 5 pounds of Belly before too long. I resolve to drink More Coffee.--------

My New Years resolution is to get through another one.
