Today, after sitting on the bed for 12 hours, holding my loving wifes hand, she went to be with our LORD. Joan and I were married for 38 years and I feel so alone now.

I'm so sorry I didn't see this earlier. I'm hurting inside for you too. I can't imagine all that you're going thru. In these times, nothing makes sense. If I could, I'd ride out there tonight. She's walking around heaven right now with Jesus. She's more alive now than she ever was here. But she's just getting off the train right now.

Jesus, I ask you to send angels of peace ministerring angels right now. Father, our brother is in much pain right now and needs healing that only you can give. Help him not to live in the "what if's " or if I'd only ..." Lord I know you give us friends and family for the short time we're here. And for that we are very grateful. I thank you Jesus for my great friend Wes. comfort him now Lord. Hold him Father and let him know he's going to make it. amen

5 years ago today. In some ways it seems a life time ago and in a way it feels like yesterday. Some wounds will heal but the pain will never end.

death of a loved one has a way of tearing a big lasting hole in our hearts , memorys stay forever in our minds , we learn to go forward , but we can never forget our love we had for our best friend and partner , Lord please bless wes and his family ,

Damn it still hurts like hell.  6 years ago to night I spent the night alone in our home and I can not remember it.  Guess it is GODs way of helping me.
