TORNADO ???
Spur of the moment , no kids in site , Had the afternoon free decided to go on a bike ride and go get dinner . We decided on Hope and the place we were looking at was closed ugh , We settled for a lil fast food joint . I had to call my mom back she was telling me to watch out for the storms that were headed our way , After we ate and was on our way back we had to stop and fix my seat pad . Started off again on our way home . We made our way and I started snapping photos of the clouds that were fast approaching , and very odd looking , about the time we hit Prescott's city limits we had to pull over the wind was so bad not to mention the rain that was pelting us . we took shelter at an old burned out building just under the eve while the bike sat under where gas pumps used to sit . The wind and rain picked up to the point it was almost no visibility , Anyways what should a took us 1hour drive took almost 2 1/2 hours between the stop and go's . we made it home and picked up Caitlynne from my moms and a friend from the PD called me who id been texting and talking to the whole time through out the storm . He told me that we had been in a tornado . where the destruction at hit which was only 1/2 mile from where we were standing under an eve . And all I can say is THANK YOU GOD FOR MY GUARDIAN ANGEL WHO IS ALWAYS WITH ME ! HE was apparently protecting us by not allowing us to go any further then we did ! We might have ended up smack dab in the middle of things !!! Kinda makes ya think !
