Continued Prayer Request

Joan and I met with a female breast surgeon last Tues. Joan has decided to go with a double mastectomy. If all goes as planned she will receive her last chemo on May 10th. Then she will have to wait six weeks before surgery to get the drugs form the chemo out of her system. The surgery should take place sometime during the forth week of June. It's hard to believe, but the surgeon said "the surgery will be a walk in the park after what she went through with the chemo". After surgery, Joan will have to get radiation every day for six weeks. So far there is not much talk about what needs to be done about her liver. Early on they told us that they could not get rid of all of the cancer but they will be able to control it. Joan and I want to thank everyone for your prayers. HIS will be done.

You and Joan are on all of the prayer chains I participate in and will stay there until the need is gone.
