Been a While !!!

Hey Ya'll ! Just wanting to touch bases with everyone . Havent been on much I have been kinda busy here lately helping out with fund raisers and this diet we are on . So far I am down 32 lbs and hes down 17lbs . pretty good considering this is only going in to the 3rd week . Anyways Hope all is great !!!!

Thanks alot . we are just doing the basic low fat low calorie diet , We are also walking up to 4 miles a day and a little more on weekends . He's doing really good . I am really proud of him . I am looking in to the Gyms in arkdelphia right now and trying to figure out which one has the best rates and hours they are open . I need one of those with very flexible hours with the way hes been working .
