Was a heartbreaking weekend Empty Was a heartbreaking weekend

So yesterday Tasha had regionals for wrestling. If she did well it was going to be off to state. CLint and I both had the time off and had a place to stay so we could go to state. Clint had to work yesterday so Jessica and I were going to go up and watch Tasha wrestle. We were about to leave and Tasha calls me around 8:30am crying. She didn't make weight. Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad
She weighed herself at her school and was .2 over. So she bundled up and turned the heat on in her car to sweat some of the weight off. Then she also went and ran. When she got to the school to weigh in she was .7 over. She was so upset and there was nothing I could do. I felt so bad for her. ON the way home there was a Krispy Kreme donut shop so we had to stop and got 2 dozen donuts. So her wrestling season is over. AT least she feels better today.

Sad news indeed Monica. It's good to hear she is doing better today. That which does not kill us makes us stronger.

Thank you everyone. Yes the hug helped her and the donuts too!! She is feeling better and happier. She is planning on going to state Saturday to support those who are going.
Thanks for the kind words. Unfortunatly she is a senior this year so wrestling is done. She won't be doing that in college. But she ended up with a total of a record of about 22 wins and 5 or 6 losses. and she pinned her first boy this year so she had an awesome year dispite the weekend loss.

ON a good note, Jessica got picked to be on of the captians on her wrestling team at the junior high!!!!
