Diet starts today so if you notice JD is a lil moody hehe then you know whats going on ! Gonna start back walking again !!! I AM SOOO READY FOR THIS !!!

Ohh its done got easier , when i think ohh lookie at that yummy I think about Caitlynne and well that just aint gonna fly now . Think once i hit a brick wall with this one instead of getting off it for a lil while I will just change diets lol

No soda drinks, eating salads w/no-fat Ranch dressing, lots of water and walking/jogging gets my weight down.
I was doing a peanut butter/local honey/cinnamon paste on wheat toast with a glass of skim milk before my 3-mile walk.

Good job!! I am going to get back to my exercising again. Speaking of, its time for me to go do my 10 minutes on the eliptical. I have been doing 10 min before work, but I am going to bump that up to 15 tomorrow. So far I have lost about 20 pounds and now I have stalled. time to get back on track again.

Congrats and good luck on the will power. I tell my wife "Hey! I ride my bike every day!" She rolls her eyes at me...SO I roll them back at her.

Had to kinda hit the breaks , Had planned on starting back walking wanted to get up to 4 miles a day again butttt we kinda had an unexpected visitor a lil sooner then we thought ! ZOEY HAD HER FIRST LITTER OF BABY BOSTONS !!! I had to rush her to the vet once I realized labor wasnt progressing like it should . She gave birth to 7 3 boys and 4 girls . We lost a baby girl today and I havent slept in 2 days now ! Shes finally taking up with them this morning So maybe just maybe I can get some rest , Think she felt sorry for me when i stuck Matches in my eye lids to hold them open .

if this is something you mix on your own Inbox me the recipe , We do the Low fat - Low Cal . I dropped 40 lbs in a month just sticking to it and walking . I just gotta get over this lil hump and be ready to go again ! But I assure ya it was just change of diet and exercise !
