Four Years Ago this Very Day ....

I smoked my last cigarette. Me and Trash quit at around the same time. You still hanging tough Trash??? I could still pick one up and start again ... but I won't.

Len, that's a great mile stone. I'll also tell ya this, I quit nearly 20 years ago and I could still pick one up today and start again. Don't get me wrong, the urge is not there at all but, eeeeeeeeeevery once in awhile I get a whiff in public of someone who lit a cig with a match and wow, that's the smell that gets me, the sulfur combined with tobacco smoke. When I feel like restarting I just recall the coughing attack that I had for the last time when I threw out my smokes and lighter for good. Keep up the good fight.
