I think so.  The realtor is sending me more info tomorrow.  Lot's to check on before I make an offer.  Lot's to think about.  It is beautiful, on hillside and over priced.  Pray for me, for wisdom.

Backed away from it. To many restrictions. I wouldnt be able to do most of what I wanted the place for.

I am looking for a place to camp, fish, shoot or just hide for a while.  They said no camping, no cabin, house has to be a certain size, face a certain direction, no junk in the back yard.  If I own a place I want to do what I want, not what some air head tells me.  I understand the reason for restrictions.  Just not for me.

we got way to many chiefs making decision about our land and homes , what the heck happened , our forfathers lived in log cabins with dirt floors , now everything has got to flash for any body that drives by a bodys home , guess your gonna have to head to the hills and build under ground to do what you want to do ,     

easy there bill, next thing your going to tell us is that we need to bury guns, ammo, and cash in plastic tubes in our back yard.

guess i'm trying to say , fookem , dig a hole and put a brand new bunker unground only you and who ever else you mite invite , rent a digger and dig and either build or install your very own privat cottage that no body can see , yee haw ,
