Happy Thanksgiving!!
I figured some may be traveling this week so I will wish y'all a Happy Thanksgiving now. Man this is a great holiday ... the family will all be together ... great food ... doesn't get too much better.
Hey ... Bill, Larry, and Jerry .... what was it like when you sat down with the Indians for the first Thanksgiving ... and what exactly were y'all smoking in that peace pipe??

Right back at ya Len.
When we all were seated for that First Thanksgiving Bill kept stealing food from the Indians and Jerry kept filling the Peace Pipe with his own Special Blend. Then I got mad because they ran out of Folgers. --------

Re: Happy Thanksgiving!!
Happy turkey day ya'll.
I'm leaving work in about 10 minutes to go to a new neuro-surgeon. He is gonna look at taking this neuro-stimulator OUT because it is causing more pain than it ever helped with. He is also gonna look at the nerve study my pain management doctor did on my neck/shoulder after falling down the stairs a few months ago. I sure would like some good news cause all this crap is really starting to depress me. At least when he gets this stimulator out I'll be able to have an MRI so we can see how messed up my neck/shoulder is from that stair-dive. Fire Lady still can't believe I didn't break my neck, although sometimes it feels like I did. If I'm real lucky we can schedule surgery for the two weeks I get off for Christmas break so I don't have to take any extra leave. It will also be nice because it would save me the big yearly deductible on my insurance since I've already paid it for this year.

do you have any idea of how cheap opium was back then. The coffee must have been a lot stronger cause Larry kept circling the table. And Bill was just stealing food.

near scalped jerry and larry , i did'nt have any hair so i got away with the food , heres the cooking instrution they gave jerry for the turkey
1 - 15 lb. turkey
1 cup melted butter
1 cup stuffing (Pepperidge Farm is Good)
1 cup un-popped popcorn (ORVILLE REDENBACHER'S LOW FAT IS
BEST)
Salt/pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush turkey well with
melted butter, salt and pepper.
Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking
pan making sure the neck end is toward the front of the
oven, not the back.
After about 4 hours listen for the popping sounds.
When the turkey's ass blows the oven door open and the bird flies across the
room,.... it's done.
jerry was suppose to let us no how it worked out ,
happy thankgivings to all the haveners

Happy turkey day my Brothers. Hope its a blessed one.
A bit of history for ya folks. The "Tea Party" is a complete myth. Our gov. felt we shouldn't acknowledge a drug as a piece of American history. No folks is was indeed first called the "Coffee Party". Our Bro Trash was the leader of this great movement. Thanks Trash.

Re: Happy Thanksgiving!!
Well this surgeon may be a keeper. He has agreed to take this worthless device out on 12/17, which is the Friday before we are off the next two weeks for Christmas break. He has removed several of them and anticipates no issues. I'll be healed up, even if he has to do a partial lamenectamy to ghet the electrodes out of the scar tissue, before time to return to work on 1/3/11. The surgery will require an overnight stay so they can monitor my spinal cord fascia, where the electrodes were, for swelling. I'm gonna try and talk them into doing an MRI on my neck while I'm in there, although I'll probably have to wait a week or two for that. All in all, it sounds promising. Thanks for the prayers brothers.
