I asked Luella to let me know how Paul's surgery went. I got the following message which she asked me to post:

Surgery went well...was supposed to happen at 9:30 am, didn't until almost 3 pm...but tear was not too bad...they removed the bone spurs...next couple of weeks will probably be better bad...but hopefully in about 6 weeks we will be riding again!!!

That's great news. Them bone spurs in the shoulder can be bad news. I guess the tendons or muscles rub on the spur and the spur can eventually cut right through them. The tendons and muscles are stretched like rubber bands so you can imagine what happens if the spur cuts through them Shocked
