me an idea. Out of all the vehicles you have own .... which one would you most like to get back?
Post a pic if you have one.
Mine was a 1965 Corvette Stingray. LT-1 350 pushing 4:11 Rear Gear ... black diamond stitched interior.
I owned here for 32 years ... got laid off and taxes came due on the house so she had to go. Last I heard she was in a hauler headed to Florida.
Who's next? Two or four wheels ...

Having trouble finding a picture. The car I had at graduation and went into the AF with. 1966 El Camino. Nothing special about it other than having a lot fun with it. 327 cid, running 300 hp. This is not the car but looked just like it. Always loved that shade of blue. https://ccpublic.blob.core.windows.net/cc-temp/listing/97/1911/6791843-1966-chevrolet-el-camino-std-c.jpg

That's a beauty!!! I had a 69 with a 70 front clip. It was a little darker blue with wide white stripes. Nice ride my South Carolina friend!

had a lot of fun with that car racing , it wasn't the baddest car on the block , but it held its own in many races , I like the el camino also , worked for a harness horse race farm when I was in my young teens , I got to drive the 58 el camino with a 409 w 3 speed on the tree with a 2 horse trailor loaded going to the fair grounds , fun times ,

Damn. A 58 El with a 409? Can you imagine having that thing to restore? Beautiful body lines.actionpack wrote:had a lot of fun with that car racing , it wasn't the baddest car on the block , but it held its own in many races , I like the el camino also , worked for a harness horse race farm when I was in my young teens , I got to drive the 58 el camino with a 409 w 3 speed on the tree with a 2 horse trailor loaded going to the fair grounds , fun times ,
