prayers please for grandaughter

our newest granddaughter who is alittle over 2 yrs , got contispated , they took her to our local hospital and they took her down to Saginaw to one of the bigger hospitals , they run test and found her appendix had ruptured , un heard of to me at this age , they can't do any surgery tell they get the infection under control , which could be 8 weeks is what there saying , they got a drain tube in her and antibodtics going in , our poor little granddaughter is going thru some stuff that shouldn't of never happened at her age , we feel so bad for her , wife and one of our older grandaughters is going down in the morning to take some changes of cloths and money to our son and daughter inlaw , thank you

So sorry to hear what is going on with your granddaughter. You are right. A child that young should not be having problems like that. Your granddaughter and family are in my prayers. Please keep us posted.

thanks all , wife and one of our older granddaughters are on there way down to sag this morning , when I find out more i'll post more on how she is doing

up date on cholee , she is about the same , there bombarding her with antibotics for 48 hrs to get rid of the infection , then the doctors will decide when to operate

we finally got some of that good news we been looking for , the first day of bombardment of antibotics has improved her condition , she is not out of the woods yet , but she is trying her darkness to fight this thing , they did the port on her and hit her with the antibotics , today they had her up and walking down the hall some , if she can have a bowl movement by Monday she will come home and a nurse will come to there home and give her the antibotics and meds , they are saying it will be 8 weeks befor they do surgery , depending on her progresss , I don't understand why so long , maybe to get her strong again and to keep the infection at bay , we feel a hole lot better with the news that's coming to us , thanks for standing along side of our family crappers with prayers and concern , will post more when I hear more ,

cholee and family are on there way home , she will be having a nurse come to the house to give her her meds thru the port , if all goes well she will have her surgery in 8 weeks to remove her appendix , i'll keep her progress posted , thanks to all that had our little granddaughter in there prayers

many thanks , cholee had her first nite back home , nurse came and showed mommy how to put her pain meds and antibiotic in thru a iv into the port , she slep 12 hrs straight last nite , she is still exhausted , so far so good ,

There's no place like home ... she needs lots of rest

cholee is still holding her own at home , nurse comes every couple of days to check on her , there planning on doing the surgery in 8 weeks , many thanks again haveners , the prayers are being answers ,

8 weeks seems long to me to , but they don't want to open her up and allow the infection to get to her blood stream if I'm getting this right , and also she needs to get her strength back , she plays some , but lays on the couch and sleeps a lot , so she isn't feeling herself yet , probley won't feel and act like she was tell the surgery is done and she is on the mends , thanks for your thoughts and prayers again all ,

the date has been set for the operation , first part of jan. , there maybe a abscess to deal with well there in there also , talked to my son tonite and he said she was feeling a lot better , this says to me we are on the up hill side of her getting back to a normal healthy 2 yr. old
