Re: FUBAR
Yeah, really screwy story. We'll have to see what the driver gets charged with in addition to the already pending charges.

Re: FUBAR
For those who aren't familiar with the case, here's the news story.
According to recent news reports from Fort Smith, Arkansas, Jeremy Enoch, 37, died on Wednesday, April 6 after he was struck by a semi-truck in the parking lot of Lost Beach Island Oasis Bar and Grill, located on Zero St. Initial reports revealed that Enoch and others were attempting to dissuade 42-year-old Michael Scarlet's wife from leaving with Scarlet in his semi-truck due to their belief that Scarlet was too drunk to drive. Witnesses reportedly set Scarlet in the passenger seat of the 18-wheeler in an attempt to calm him; however, he located a spare key and started the big rig. Enoch attempted to stop the truck by pulling wires at the back of the cab. He was subsequently run over by the semi. Scarlet then parked his semi in a nearby lot, but walked back to the scene of the accident, where he was subsequently beaten by a witness. Scarlet received treatment, then was arrested for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was later charged with manslaughter. Police believe that alcohol played a role in the accident.
